Hailenpajar Binti Osman has more than 32 years experience in taxation. She obtained her Diploma In Banking from MARA Institute of Technology (now UiTM) and Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
She had held various executive position in Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (5 March 1990 –6 Mac 2022). During her 32 years, she had served in department such as individual tax, audit, corporate services, research and developments and training.
Hailenpajar has extensively involved in training for the past 12 years at Malaysian Tax Academy since 2010 until her retirement in year 2022.
She obtained Advance Diploma Taxation Professional in 2010.
