In November 2020, the Malaysian Parliament was informed some 32,000 small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have ceased operation. As the country continues to be ravaged by the pandemic, the continuous viability of an organization requires immediate, concrete measures to prevent the asset from deteriorating. All businesses need to be honest and realistic if they were to turn it around. Because failure is not an option. It could mean liquidation and loss of employment and even bankruptcy for some. BEFORE the external environments gets even more inclement, the creditors more hostile, the stock piling, receivables drying up, and bankers pulling the line of credits, you must ACT.
Learn the essence of a corporate turnaround without attending an MBA today. Inspired by many case studies, open discussion and practical experience of the trainer.
