CYRIL PAGADALA

HRD Corp Accredited Trainer,

HR Consultant

Cyril holds a BA in English and an MA in Human Resource Management, bringing over 18 years of extensive real-world experience in human resources, administration, and operations across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, and publishing.

His career culminated in the role of Director of Administration and Human Resources for a group of companies, where he managed HR functions from recruitment to dismissal, developed policies and systems, and implemented performance appraisals, wage systems, and employee motivation strategies. Cyril is also experienced in handling misconduct, conducting domestic inquiries, and negotiating with trade unions.

Since 2007, Cyril has transitioned into academia and corpo- rate training, specializing in human resource management, employment laws, leadership principles, customer service, and business communication. As a lecturer for the Malaysian Employers Federation’s (MEF) OUM degree program, he shares his practical knowledge through engaging and

easy-to-understand training sessions.

His hands-on approach and deep insights into HR challenges allow him to offer practical solutions tailored to organizational needs.
