[01] INTRODUCTION 介绍

Under the PSMB Act 2001, most organizations with 10 employees and above are required to contribute 1% of total monthly employee salary as a levy. The levy is to encourage organizations to upskill and reskill their employees.
However, not all organizations are familiar with utiliz- ing their contribution. As a result, they are often beset by unnecessary problems, which resulted in loss time and missed opportunity.
