[01] INTRODUCTION

Traditionally Marketing and Sales have always been the lifeblood of any business. Without Marketing, there is no sales. Without sales, there is no company. Companies of all kinds rely on skilled, motivated and knowledgeable sales professionals to grow their customer base and increase their revenue.
For most companies, however, sales have plummeted during this challenging business environment. The ‘Perfect Storm’ of the MCO & public fear and the already rise of e-commerce, means traditional businesses can get stampeded rather quickly. At a time like this, understanding marketing and sales principles, including their proven techniques, is more important than ever before.

KIMBERLEY YEOH
HRDF Certified Trainer

Kimberley is a lecturer and trainer in Marketing & Sales subjects. Drawing upon her consulting experience and extensive research, she is highly sought after for her ability to explain technical concepts to partners, customers, and attendees who are not marketing-savvy.

Prior to her Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business Studies, she was among the 8 selected from over 500 applicants for a two-year management trainee program at an esteemed FMCG company. She graduated with Merit in Masters in Business Administration. Having worked in various industries, her training combines real-life experiences, imagination, reasoning to address attendees’ issues. As an accredited trainer for HRDF, Kimberley gives talks and workshops on marketing, sales, leadership and various soft skills for corporates and communities. She also provides management and marketing consultancy for corporate clients. As a Division Director in Toastmasters International, Kimberly is serving 24 Toastmasters Clubs with around 430 members in KL, Selangor and East Coast.

Currently pursuing her PhD, she specialized in e-commerce, consumer behaviour and services marketing.
