[01] INTRODUCTION 介绍

Merit Point Management is a brand-new management system originally created by Chairman Li Rong of Hubei Qunyi Group. It uses reward points and deduction points to quantitatively assess employees' abilities and comprehensive performance, and utilizes APP software to record rankings, which are then linked to salary, bonus, and welfare distribution. The points are valid for a lifetime, maximizing people’s enthusiasm and solving the problem of managing people in today’s society.

LI RONG 

Human Resource Guru, Founder of Merit Point Management System 

Chairman of Hubei Qunyi Group, founder of the Merit Point Management System. Currently 70 years old, graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in the 1980s, and served as the executive director of the first People's Hospital of Jingmen, Hubei Province in the 1990s. 

Founded a company in 2001, and pioneered the Merit Point Management System in 2003. Over the past 20 years, through the Merit Point Management System, the company's assets have grown 20 times, and profits have increased 50 times. As of April 2024, Li Rong has delivered more than 265 Merit Point Management System training courses. 

湖北群艺集团董事长,积分制管理创始人。现年70岁,80年代毕业于中南财经学院,90年代担任湖北荆 门第一人民医院行政院长。

2001年创立实体公司,2003年独创了积分制管理。过去20年时间,通过积分制管理,公司资产扩大了20 倍,效益增加50倍。截至2024年4月,李荣已经主讲了超过265场的积分制管理培训课程。
