陈胜强博士

DR. TAN SHEN KIAN 

Certified HRDF Trainer, University lecturer, Columnist of SinChew Daily 

 

Dr. Tan Shen Kian is a senior lecturer in an University located in Johor Bahru. Since year 2008, he lecture Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Principles of Manage- ment, Human Resource Management, Cross-cultural Management, and Business Research Methods. Dr. Tan’s expertise includes industrial and organizational psychology and work behaviour. His research interests are work motivation, entrepreneurship, and Industry 4.0. Dr. Tan is a certified member of Division 14 of the American Psychological Association. He serves as an editor and reviewer for several international academic journals. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review's advisory council. In addition, Dr. Tan is a columnist for Sin Chew Daily since 2018. 

 

陈胜强博士是新山一所大学的高级讲师。自2008年起,他主要讲授的科目包 括组织行为学,领导学,管理原理,人力资源管理,跨文化管理和商业研究 方法。陈博士的专长包括工业与组织心理学和工作行为。他的研究兴趣是工 作动机,创业学和工业4.0。陈博士是美国心理学会第 14 分部,工业与组织 心理学会 (The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology,创建于 1945年) 的认证会员。他担任数个国际学术期刊的编辑和审稿人。他也是哈 佛商业评论咨询委员会的成员。此外,陈博士也是星洲日报的专栏作家,文 章自2018年开始,每逢周一刊登于言论版。
