The invisible new coronavirus continues to spread rapidly around the world, prompting governments to step up efforts to contain the spread of the disease. This pandemic has resulted major impact on the economies and businesses of all sizes globally for a year or longer.

On 1 May, the Prime Minister has announced a gradual opening up of our economy while under the Movement Control Order (‘MCO’). The fact is Malaysia businesses have been hard hit, even with the Prihatin stimulus packages provided by the Government. Therefore, companies have to urgently evaluate the impact it has on their businesses and look into the importance of managing cash flow, changing business model etc. As the world will be very different post-MCO, companies have to adapt and develop the right strategies for survival and sustainable growth.

This unique webinar is the outcome of detail research made on global best practices. Studies have shown that different sectors/ companies have reacted differently during and after the crisis (e.g. companies in China). Inevitably some have survived and others have foundered. Likewise, expect ‘Pandemic-created’ businesses to emerge. By attending this webinar, learners will gain valuable business insights, explained in laymen terms and supported by case
