Today, employer-employees relationship has become complex, governed by various legislations which need to be understood and which employers must conduct their employees’ relationship within the parameters. Therefore, it is crucial that anyone involved in Human Resource Management, Employees Supervision and Payroll, to be aware of the basic interpretations of the Labour Laws.

The Ministry of Human Resources, in 2018 & 2019, has proposed a list of successful amendments and impending changes to a few of employment related Acts and Regulations (including the Sabah and Sarawak Labour Ordinances) to provide a wider coverage of protections for employees.

This programme is customized to cultivate the necessary awareness for all Business Owners, Managers and Executives to be well equipped to act within the parameters and knowing the rights of both the employer and employees.
